For one, two, and three-bedroom homes, we send one cleaner. For four or more bedrooms, a team of two will be sent. Need faster service? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

For same-day cancellations, a fee of 50% of the booking price will apply.

Absolutely! Just reach out to us, and we’ll arrange all the necessary details!
1. Cleaning while other services are in progress: This includes plumbing, painting, construction, etc.

2. Lifting or moving heavy items: We do not move items such as refrigerators, stoves, tables, etc.

3. Moving delicate items: We cannot move vases, hung pictures, or other fragile items.

4. Loading dishwashers: While we’re happy to load your dishwasher, we cannot place dishes back in cupboards afterward to avoid breakage.

5. Cleaning areas that cannot be safely reached: This includes items or areas that cannot be accessed with our telescopic tools and step stool.

6. Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.

7. Cleaning exterior windows.

8. Cleaning mini blinds: Our cleaners can dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds but cannot clean them beyond that due to the risk of damage.

9. Removing strong odors: This includes odors from mold, animal waste, smoke, etc. While we will do our best, complete removal may not be guaranteed.

10. Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.

11. Cleaning light bulbs.

12. Cleaning rodent or insect-infested homes.

13. Removing excess paint from surfaces.

14. Post-construction cleaning: While we can provide this service, it requires an in-person assessment for a quote, as it doesn’t fall within our online booking system.

15. Deep carpet or floor cleaning: This includes steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.

16. Removing heavy stains on walls and baseboards: We avoid this to prevent potential damage to your paint.

All of our team members are personally interviewed by the owners and undergo a criminal background check. We consider our team to be our greatest asset, which is why we maintain very high standards.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment. If you prefer green products, please choose “Green Clean” in the extras section at no extra charge. Please note that in certain situations (e.g., cleaning inside the oven), we may have to resort to standard products. If you would like us to use your products or equipment, just let us know!
